Questions

Before you travel

Can I book Terrasol if I rented through Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes. Select Terrasol as the destination and provide the condo number and host instructions. The rental platform does not replace the property’s arrival address.

Is Terrasol part of Playa Grande or Grand Solmar?

Terrasol is a separately named condominium property between those resorts. Choose Terrasol for a Terrasol stay rather than selecting one of its neighbors.

How much is an SJD transfer to Terrasol Condominiums?

The vehicle table shows reference one-way and round-trip totals in USD per private vehicle for the dates stated. Enter your own dates, times and passenger count for the exact quote. Optional extras are quoted separately.

Where do I meet Airport Cabo at SJD?

Follow the meeting instructions in your reservation confirmation for your arrival terminal. Supply your airline and flight number, and contact us if your arrival details change.

Can I book Terrasol Condominiums to SJD as well?

Yes. Choose Round-trip for arrival and return together, or Hotel to airport for a departure transfer. We coordinate the return pickup using your flight details and property access.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Prices are per private vehicle. Choose enough seats and luggage space for your whole party; oversized bags or sports equipment should be confirmed before travel.

Can I request child seats or a grocery stop?

The first car seat and first booster seat are free when requested in advance. Provide the children’s ages. Grocery stops require advance coordination of timing and any additional charge.

Which address details do you need?

Send the full street address, map pin, unit or villa number and gate instructions from your host. We confirm the access point before your transfer.

What details should I have ready to book my airport transfer?

Have your hotel or full property address, travel dates, arrival and return times, airline and flight numbers, passenger count, luggage details and contact information ready. Include any child-seat requests or extra stops so these can be coordinated before travel.

Can I bring golf bags, a stroller or oversized luggage?
